The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States of America will provide economic aid to several states in the country before the end of November. This is important information for citizens who want to increase their finances in the last days of 2023. The states that will benefit from monetary support from the IRS are Virginia, Arizona and Alabama.
Some time ago the nation’s government stopped issuing stimulus checks, because the crisis caused by the Coronavirus has been decreasing. However, there are still many Americans who have difficulty meeting monthly expenses due to high inflation rates.
For this reason, the IRS made the decision to make tax refunds to taxpayers who systematically comply with their tax duties. The federal agency reported that the refunds will begin to be delivered on November 30 of this year.
Since the national administration stopped implementing financial contributions, most states took the initiative to contribute to their inhabitants. States have various types of programs to benefit residents and the IRS also participates in these benefits.
The figures that will be distributed
Inflation levels registered historic values in previous months, which weakened the financial capacity of Americans. In the coming days, the IRS has prepared a check with a maximum amount of $2,000.00 USD, for the population that pays its tax obligations.
In Alabama, $393 million dollars are planned to be distributed as tax refunds. This money is part of a $2.8 billion budget that belongs to the Education Trust Fund.
There are also more states that have joined in making monetary contributions to their citizens. These states are New York, Georgia and Florida, which plan to deliver stimulus checks with various amounts of money.
