You need
- 4–5 slices of scallion, without edges
- 175 grams peeled prawns in brine
- 2 small red apples
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 200 grams of cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia
- ⅔ deciliter cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Freshly ground black pepper

Crumble the batter and divide it into six glasses.

Coarsely chop the prawns, save six prawns for garnish. Split, core and finely dice apples. Mix the apple cubes with the lemon juice.

Beat cream cheese and cream until creamy in a bowl. Turn the chopped prawns over. Mix in apple cubes and dill (save some apple and dill for garnish). Mix in the chives.

Divide the cheese and shrimp mixture into the glasses. Garnish with the reserved prawns, apple cubes and dill. Pepper.
