Barcelona actually didn’t play badly. They appeared more dominant and attacked more. The problem is, Barca’s attack line is not as sharp as expected.
“I think there were two parts to the match. In the first half, we appeared dominant but we couldn’t secure the match,” said Xavi.
“In the second half, we did what we wanted, dominated and created chances, then scored.”

It’s time to rise
Most recently, Xavi then encouraged the Barca squad to refocus and improve their performance. Barca should be able to play much better than now.
“I am very critical of the players, both in the media and in the dressing room. We have to make high demands on ourselves,” continued Xavi
“Now we are not at the same level as one and a half to two months ago. We have to work even harder.”
“We have to restore our intensity, restore our winning mentality. We have shown that before, now we are a little down,” he added.
