The hearing lasted 3h30. No less than four civil parties spoke out (the lawyers of Lucas Buades, the League, the Girondins and the Rodez club) and requested compensation. After deliberating for an additional half hour, the court decided to reclassify the acts of premeditated violence as voluntary violence having resulted in an ITT of less than or equal to 8 days, i.e. a fifth class fine.

Two years stadium ban

He found him guilty of minor violence as well as the offense of trespassing. He was sentenced to two fines of 1000 euros. He is also subject to a two-year stadium ban. He will have to pay 1 euro in damages to the LFP, to the Girondins, to Rodez, and 500 euros to Buades (excluding contribution to legal costs, 800 euros for each civil party).

The public prosecutor had requested a three-year ban on Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 stadiums in addition to the two years already decided by the Gironde prefecture last August (with the obligation to police at Bordeaux matches at home and away). ), a citizenship course and above all two to three months of suspended imprisonment.
