Riyadh: The world’s largest food and beverage exhibition ‘Horika-23’ has started in Riyadh. Horeika is the largest annual host exhibition fair held in Riyadh and Jeddah in Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Saudi Horeika will be a conference city for different departments related to the food market such as food manufacturing companies from different parts of the world, distributors, hospitality products companies, famous culinary experts, technology companies for food production, investors in this field. Indian companies including Al Hasmi International, a leading Malayali entrepreneur in the manufacturing of bakery products machinery in the GCC countries, are also participating in the fair.
Hundreds of visitors flock to the fair to participate in live cooking sessions by celebrity chefs, taste their delicious cuisine and participate in various live competitions. The three-day fair, which started on Monday evening at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center near King Abdullah Road in the capital city, will conclude at 10 pm on Wednesday.
