An activity where the expression and artistic talent of the members of the Víctor Pérez Liendo penitentiary establishment in the city of Huaraz shined, was a reason to tell the participation of the first authority of the provincial commune and the relatives of those who are deprived of their freedom. To the rhythm of the guitars, cajons, quenas, flutes, trumpets, saxes, basses and well-tuned vocal choirs, they delighted everyone present; playing huaynos, waltzes, cumbias, among other songs that were worthy of applause. These actions serve to underline the work of the authorities and officials who, through concrete activities, those confined in the penitentiary establishment, in one way or another, can recover. .
