Schalke 04 has punished defender Thomas Ouwejan for his ‘disrespectful behavior’ after his early substitution on Saturday. The former AZ player must train with the promises in the coming week and pay a fine. Ouwejan refused the hand of his trainer Karel Geraerts after he was substituted in the 33rd minute of the away match against Fortuna Düsseldorf (5-3 loss).
