Its 10x optical zoom without loss of quality stands out from the competition. And you also have digital zoom up to 100 times.
The audio on this device is also the best you’ll find in the industry, being a field where Samsung has certainly paid more attention. By complementing it with its fantastic 6.8-inch screen, you have a perfect device for consuming multimedia.
Samsung DeX and S Pen make it a unique device
Last but not least, there are two things that make this device even more attractive. It supports Samsung DeX, so you can connect it to a monitor (wired or wireless) and enjoy a desktop-like experience with a keyboard and mouse.
And there is obviously the S Pen to talk about. This is the only high-end smartphone on the market that has a built-in smart pen. It may be considered insignificant for many, but it will be an essential accessory for others.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra hit the market at around €1,500. But at this point in the ‘championship’ you can already find it on Amazon below €1000. For this price, it is a simply essential smartphone. In addition, you will have another 3 years of guaranteed Android updates (in addition to Android 14) and four years of security updates.
There are no perfect smartphones. But looking at 2023, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is the device that comes closest to that perfection.
