NFL: Referee suddenly spits blood during Jets vs. Dolphins

Bad gift the day after Thanksgiving.

Die NFL plays a game on Black Friday for the first time – broadcast by Amazon, of course. The Miami Dolphins win clearly against the New York Jets. 34:13.

But the scene of the game has referee Carl Paganelli! With the score at 27:6, the teams attack each other after an extra point. In particular, Dolphins tackle Austin Jackson and Jets defender Michael Clemons clashed. Both were thrown out as a result.

But Paganelli intervenes so stupidly that he gets completely hit.

The referee even has to spit blood!

Of course, the TV cameras are keeping a close eye on the action. You can clearly see how Paganelli is bleeding from his mouth and has to get rid of it…

Shortly afterwards he gets a towel on the side edge and can use it to clean himself.

For sports: The Jets aren’t making any progress with backup backup quarterback Tim Boyle either. Boyle came in for Zach Wilson, who hasn’t performed in recent games. Wilson only played because the star quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, tore his Achilles tendon in the first game.

Boyle throws a touchdown and also two interceptions. However, he hardly has any time to throw. The Dolphins defenders chase him, even sacking him seven times.

But things get strange when there is an interception: At the end of the first half, Boyle throws a Hail Mary – a really long thing to score points.

Defender Jevon Holland catches his throw in the end zone and starts running from there. Nobody stops him. He runs and runs and runs – until the touchdown!

In addition to the defense, the Dolphins’ wide receivers Tyreek Hill (102 yards, 1 touchdown) and Jalen Waddle (114 yards) are particularly impressive.

The Jets slip to 4:7. The playoffs are very far away. Rodgers actually wanted to come back. But only if his team still had a chance of making the playoffs. But if we lose again, they’ll probably be gone.

Miami, on the other hand, is in first place in the AFC East Division.
