The Initiative Grand Arras (IGA) network works to support and finance business creators and buyers in the territories of the Arras Urban Community (CUA) and the Osartis-Marquion Community of Communes. A recent general assembly ratified the appointment of Céline Raimond-Savary, former Director of Finance of the CUA. She succeeds Florence Neghli-Ricart who joins the CUA as deputy chief of staff.
Concerning the honorary loan activity, 80 projects have been presented to the committee since the beginning of 2013 for 75 agreements, 71 IGA honorary loans committed (€573,200) and 73 BPI honorary loans committed (€350,000) for 5 €350,000 in associated bank loans and 208 jobs created or maintained.
It should be remembered that with the Initiative Grand Arras network, entrepreneurs benefit from an Initiative honorary loan, without interest or guarantee required, and from long-term support, from the assessment of financing needs to the early stages of business growth. Despite the crisis context, 90% of companies supported 3 years ago will still be in business in 2023.
