Three Unilever Indonesia directors resigned in the near future. The reasons are the same, namely personal reasons. (www.unilever.com)

Three directors of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk resign in the near future.
The first to resign was Ira Noviarti who was in office President director. He left the company on October 24.
Ira said personal reasons were the reason he left the issuer code UNVR.
After a month, two other directors also submitted their resignations. They are Shiv Sahgal and Sandeep Kohli. Both of them announced their resignation on Thursday (23/11).
“The resignation of Mr. Shiv Sahgal and Mr. Sandeep Kohli from their respective positions as directors of the company is due to personal reasons,” said Director and Company Secretary Nurdiana Darus in a letter to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), quoted Friday (24/11).
Shiv and Sandeep’s resignations will be sought for approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS). The meeting will be held on December 19.
Nurdiana ensured that the company’s performance would not be affected at all even though three of its top officials resigned together in the near future.
According to him, there was no significant impact on the company’s operations. Financial conditions are also confirmed to be stable.
Until now there has been no detailed explanation of the personal reasons that caused the three top UNVR officials to resign. However, Unilever was indeed the company affected after the pro-Israel boycott broke out in Indonesia.
In fact, the existence of Unilever Indonesia was also affected. This can be seen from the share price of the issuer coded UNVR which continues to decline.
