‘Umma..you are so dear to me’; Shami shared a picture holding his mother

LoMohammad Shami was India’s bowling hero in Kacup. Played a crucial role in India’s run to the final with 24 wickets. Shami has shared an emotional post on Instagram about mother Anjum Ara after the World Cup hype died down.

‘You are so dear to me. Ummm…hope you get well soon’, Shami wrote along with a picture of her holding her mother.

Shami’s mother was in the hospital during the World Cup final between India and Australia. Anjum lost consciousness due to fever and was admitted to the hospital. It is reported that the health condition has improved at present.

Shami’s house is in Sahaspur, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. Shami’s mother was admitted to a nearby hospital.
