“I’m asking for a repost so that a little more people can see the truth about the war,” Sentsov wrote on his post.
A video to watch here or on the website Ukrainian truths, depicts a situation where Russian forces press Ukrainian soldiers from practically all sides, from one even at a distance of fifteen meters. The attack is conducted from grenade launchers and from tanks. During the half-hour recording, three Ukrainian soldiers are wounded, one seriously. Not even Sencov is left without intervention.
All seemingly calm conversations in the trenches, including arrangements via walkie-talkie, take place against the background of unceasing fire.

“We have a wounded man here. I need a place to view it. His legs are covered in blood. Dancer, lie down, lie down! We are surrounded, tanks are pounding (in the original a stronger term is used – editor’s note) into us,” shouts a Ukrainian soldier in one of the most dramatic parts of the video, who is trying to provide first aid to her comrade while a Russian tank is audibly approaching. But he passes the group and continues on.
Criminal battalions are disappearing in the meat grinder, Russia is counting on their deployment
Finally, the Ukrainian soldiers decide to split into two groups and retreat to the armored vehicles behind them. First, the Six escapes from the front line of the tumult of war, dragging a badly wounded man, while the other group covers her with fire. Then the second group of soldiers also retreats. They need to overcome a fifty-meter section under Russian shelling.
“No guys, you go without me, I’m staying, it doesn’t work like that. I won’t go, Maks,” defends the heavily wounded soldier.
The conclusion of this drama has a “happy” ending: the soldiers manage to reach the armored vehicle, load the wounded man and transport him to the medics who are waiting for them on the road. Everyone survived this time, reports Ukrainian journalist Yuriy Butusov, who posted the footage of “an autumn dawn near Avdijivka” on YouTube.
No stalemate, it would be enough to supply Ukraine with more weapons
