In Lviv, a woman undressed at the police station and showed her genitals there. She was tried for this, but was not punished in any way.
This is stated in the resolution of the Lychakivsky District Court of Lvov.
According to the court, a woman started a riot in the premises of the Lviv district police department No. 1, on Romanchuk Street, 18, in August 2023. She undressed, showed her genitals and spoke obscenely. All this was observed by law enforcement visitors.
A police officer filmed all this and opened administrative proceedings. She was charged with Art. 173 KUoAP.
The Lychakivskyi District Court of Lvov closed the case against the woman because the deadline for considering the administrative proceedings had passed.
This ruling can be appealed to the appellate court within 10 days.
Let us remember that in Lvov, a woman was sentenced to 60 hours of community service for chasing a man and inviting him to have sex with her.
