Organizers announced that more than 400,000 new tickets for the Paris Olympic Games, scheduled from July 26 to August 11, 2024, will go on sale from November 30, while 7.2 million tickets have already been sold so far.
The Paris 2024 organizing committee said: “This is undoubtedly one of the last opportunities to purchase Olympic tickets. These tickets are becoming increasingly rare.”
The sale of these tickets, some of which were postponed for commercial reasons, and others pending details about the configuration of the sites, begins on November 30, and includes most sports.
Nearly 6,000 tickets are sold for swimming, 24,000 tickets for tennis on courts at Roland Garros, 14,000 tickets for equestrian sports at the Palace of Versailles, 25,000 tickets for beach volleyball, and 30,000 tickets for athletics at the Stade de France.
Of these tickets on sale, approximately 70,000 tickets are offered at a price of at least 24 euros on a first-come, first-served basis.
Other tickets will be put on sale in the coming months, but to a lesser extent. There is also the possibility of purchasing tickets on the resale platform that opens in the spring of 2024. To date, approximately 7.2 million tickets have been sold out of a total of 10 million tickets.
