In addition to general content, the ministry emphasizes also providing specific travel advice for:

• THE elderly travelers : information to help older travelers prepare to travel safely.
• THE travelers : relevant advice for female travelers.
• THE families : useful information for parents, before they leave Canada with their children.
• the people 2ELGBTQI+ : information on laws and social customs that may impact 2SLGBTQI+ travelers.
• THE travelers with disabilities : source of information on travel accessibility.

We add that customers should always fill out the form Registration of Canadians Abroad – a free service which allows government of canada to notify them in the event of an emergency abroad or at home.
