A drug dealer was arrested late Monday afternoon in Bron by police officers from the Center division. Informed that a deal point had been set up in the Terraillon district, at 26 rue Pierre-Brossolette, the investigators were stationed on surveillance.
Monday, shortly before 8 p.m., they arrested two buyers and their seller in action. The three were taken into custody. They admitted the facts.
A knife and 2,000 euros
The dealer who lives in Vénissieux, like one of his clients, traveled with a sports bag filled with 1 kg of cannabis resin. He had taken with him a knife and 2,000 euros in notes. The latter declared that he regularly sold narcotics. He was presented to the public prosecutor’s office this Wednesday for an immediate trial.
The two buyers, one of whom was from the Terraillon district, were released.
The next day, the police carried out another raid at 26 rue Pierre-Brossolette to inspect the common areas and search for the possible presence of narcotics. They discovered hidden nearly 2 kg of cannabis resin (with around 100 g of weed) and the sum of 5,000 euros.
The whole thing was seized.
