“GOLDEN” sold 2.147389 million copies on the day of its release. It sold 1 million copies within 3 hours of its release. It only took 5 hours to reach 2 million copies. It also sold 2.438483 copies in the first week, setting a new record in South Korea. The highest first-day and first-week sales records for a solo artist’s album.
On the evening of the 20th, Jung Kook held a fan showcase “Jung Kook ‘GOLDEN’ Live On Stage” at Jangchung Gymnasium in Jung-gu, Seoul.
