Lebanese Hezbollah targets an Israeli barracks on the border with “Burkan” missiles

|

Hezbollah announced that it targeted the command center of the 91st Division of the occupation army in the Israeli Baranit Barracks with 4 heavy-caliber Burkan missiles.

The party indicated – in a statement – that it targeted the Pranit barracks opposite the Lebanese border in two batches, and the Israeli Zabdin barracks in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms, and that it achieved what it described as direct hits in both of them.

In turn, Israeli Army Radio reported that a number of mortar shells were fired at a site on the border with Lebanon, adding that Israeli army forces were responding to the source of the shooting.

Al Jazeera’s correspondent reported that an Israeli artillery shelling targeted the vicinity of the towns of Aita al-Shaab and a compound in southern Lebanon.

Yesterday, Sunday, Israel bombed several areas and towns in southern Lebanon, including Labouneh in Naqoura and the outskirts of Tayr Harfa and Maroun al-Ras and al-Jebin towards the town of Dhahira in the western sector, while Hezbollah targeted Israeli military sites.

It is noteworthy that since October 8, the Lebanese-Israeli border has witnessed daily exchanges of bombardment between the Israeli occupation army on the one hand and Hezbollah and Palestinian factions in Lebanon on the other hand, which left dead and wounded on both sides of the border, coinciding with the war in the Gaza Strip.

For the 45th day in a row, Israel continues to wage a devastating war on Gaza, leaving more than 13,000 Palestinian martyrs, including more than 5,500 children and 3,500 women, as well as more than 30,000 injured.
