Gill, Rohit, Shreyas out, Kohli stands up with half-century; India is better

Ahmedabad – India’s superstar Virat Kohli scored a half-century against Australia in the World Cup final. Kohli scored his half century from 56 balls. Kohli also holds the record of being the second highest run scorer in the World Cup.

India lost the toss and lost three wickets in the World Cup final. Shubman Gill who scored 4 runs and captain Rohit Sharma with 47 runs were the first to be dismissed. Shreyas Iyer was also dismissed by Pat Cummins. Gill was dismissed by Mitchell Starc and Rohit by Glenn Maxwell. Virat Kohli and KL Rahul brought the team score past 100 in the 16th over.
