Since Saturday.
On Saturday, November 18, 2023, a temporary exhibition – the Automotive Museum – was opened at the Poznań International Fair in Pavilion No. 12. The exhibition will be taken care of by the Automobilklub Wielkopolski together with the Historic Vehicles Commission.
As we have previously informed, representatives of the Automobile Museum Foundation of the Automobile Club of Wielkopolska – Kuźnia Dziedzikcji, the Automobilklub of Wielkopolski and the MTP Group signed a letter of intent regarding the establishment of the museum during the last Retro Motor Show.
We can see about 100 monuments at the exhibition. The most interesting examples included the Metz Plan Roadster, awarded at the Retro Motor Show as the best vehicle. “It’s hard to believe, but some of the presented gems are over 100 years old! The exhibition will include monuments dating back to the interwar period, but there will also be models that many visitors will remember, i.e. classics from the times of the Polish People’s Republic. In total, over 100 unique cars, motorcycles and bicycles await visitors. – informs Aleksandra Sobczyńska from the MTP group.
The entire exhibition was divided thematically, creating 8 separate zones. For almost 5 months, visitors will be able to visit the Automotive Museum
in Poznań, which will operate until April 7, 2024. At the beginning of the spring season, they will return to their owners and go to the streets of Poznań
We can visit the museum on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (except holidays). Concession tickets cost: PLN 20 online / PLN 25 on-site and regular tickets: PLN 25 online / PLN 30 on-site.
