They capture a 53-year-old man and kidnap an arsenal of firearms in Tintina – Sur Santiagueño

Members of the General Directorate of Environmental and Rural Police, with the collaboration of Community Police Station No. 44, simultaneously carried out raids and through them managed to arrest a man with an arsenal of firearms.

In the morning hours of this Thursday, by order of Judge Dr. Darío Alarcón, the police personnel complied with a judicial measure, in the “La Deseada” establishment and in a family residence in the Airport neighborhood of the city of Tintina, department Dark. Places established after police investigation and indicated by them as centers of commission of places of various crimes.

Once the procedure began and inside both homes, the troops proceeded to seize weapons and cartridge items, including a 22 caliber rifle, two compressed air rifles, 500 cartridges for a 16 caliber war shotgun, 502 war post shotgun cartridge, 12 gauge, 6 loose anti-riot 12 gauge shotgun cartridges, 2500 22 caliber bullet cartridge, long rifle in 50 boxes, 1200 5.5 caliber pellets, 8 boxes of 100 pellets and in two plastic cases 200 pellets each and two cell phones.

Finally, a 53-year-old man was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was held as a detainee, while the items were seized.
