In a video message on Instagram about DJ Mag’s award, De Witte also writes that she is grateful to contribute to supporting female colleagues in the sector as a female techno DJ.
“No matter how small my contribution is, I think it is one of my greatest achievements. So many strong and inspiring women have gone before me, and many more will follow.” Such as techno colleague Amélie Lens, who congratulates De Witte on Instagram, and young talent Amber Broos, to name a few Belgian names.
