“During a show or exhibition, he describes on demand the elements that are invisible to the visually impaired or blind person. The Image Blowers service thus develops human and personalized mediation,” specifies the elected official.

This service will initially be available for exhibitions and events at the Henri-Molina White Pavilion, then will extend more widely to the local cultural offering. During the Municipal Council meeting of November 8, 2023, elected officials voted in favor of the partnership with the association Les Souffleurs de sens, in order to support blind or visually impaired people during cultural events.
