Dancer and choreographer Miroslav Kůra, who is mainly known for his involvement in the National Theatre, lived to be a respectable 99 years old. He also became a star of the silver screen in the film Radúz a Mahulena. Jaroslava Obermaierová, the current protagonist of Vilma Nyklové from the series Ulice na TV Nova, also starred in the same film. But he has more memories of Kůra from the ballet performances in which he performed.

Cameras recorded Kůr’s ballet mastery in the film Radúz a Mahulena from 1970. In addition to the famous Jan Tříska, the actress known from the series Ulice Jaroslava Obermaierová also starred in the film.
“Unfortunately, we didn’t meet during filming, because he was with a group of dancers in front of the camera another time. But I know Miroslav Kůra very well from his performance at the National Theatre. He had big roles, for example, in Swan Lake. He was a wonderful guy,” said TN. cz Obermaierová.
