Karol G is a Colombian singer known in the music scene for being an icon of the urban genre. Before achieving fame, the paisa had a job that she did not like very much.

An interview from a few years ago came to light again, and through the TikTok platform, the story that ‘La Bichota’ told became known. In the talk, Karol G is seen with straight brown hair and a blonde tint at the ends. The ‘Provenza’ interpreter confessed that, before achieving fame, she had to work in a renowned sector of Medellín.

“Imagine, I worked in ‘the hollow’, it is a place where they sell everything super cheap, like an ‘outlet’ of many things, it seems like a minimarket like that, full of things, on the street, which is clothes, makeup, accessories, everything,” he confessed at the time for said interview.

“It’s like a market, people are like that, on the street, in little shops. An aunt had a store like that and I went on vacation. I didn’t want to stay doing anything, and I went with a cousin. It was quite a day. My job was to call people,” said the Colombian.

In addition, he explained that, in his job, he had to shout as loud as possible to get buyers interested in the products and promotions that were available at his aunt’s store. “It was horrible, but I enjoyed it, I laughed a lot, we enjoyed my family and my cousins, all working together. I had the worst part, but I made my money for my vacations,” she revealed in the interview.

However, the paisa was grateful that life gave her the opportunity to work from such a young age and get to know the real world, which allowed her to fulfill her dreams and achieve all the projects she had in mind.
