Lillien Lašáková (17), the daughter of our hockey legend Ján Lašák (44), after winning the Miss Europe 2023 contest, did not rule out that she will apply for the Miss Slovakia beauty contest in the future. She disclosed this in an interview she gave exclusively to Šport24.sk.
You have become winner of the Photomodel of Europe 2023 competition. How did you impress the jury?
– Throughout the duration of the competition, I tried to be myself and spread positive energy around me, which I also succeeded in during the final evening. Winning itself means a great responsibility for me, and as the winner of the competition I always want to be helpful wherever it is needed and at the same time I want to make a good name for the whole organization.
Did you have stage fright during the gala evening?
– From the morning when all the contestants, I mean friends and not opponents, met, I enjoyed the final day. The stage fright only hit me in the evening, when I was supposed to walk on the catwalk for the first time. It was my premiere, I had no experience with modeling before, so there was some nervousness. Thank God everything went well.
Could this triumph be the ideal stepping stone to your next career?
– Thanks to this competition, I definitely have a greater perspective and more options. I don’t want to get ahead of the future, but I don’t resist new challenges. Already during the competition itself, I received offers for photo shoots and collaboration.
Are you also attracted to Miss Slovakia?
– I admit that I have never thought about beauty contests, but after Miss Europe 2023 I am tempted to try something new. I like a challenge, I’m not afraid of new things and if I fail, I can accept it and take something positive from it. I am so euphoric at the moment that my answer to your question is: Why not try it?!
