Rule the sky and you can win the war. For thousands of years, mankind has developed new and new weapons to attack its enemies from above. He wrote histories of three of them. Fascinating experiments reveal the murderous efficiency of the structures. Aerial bombs are a defining element of modern warfare. In today’s broadcast, we therefore study the danger from above. Bombs and rockets fall on our cities to engulf them in flames. But this fighting style has existed since man learned to handle the bow. Fire arrows have been used since the beginning.
Guns. They are the same age as humanity. They have determined the fate of generations over the millennia. They bring suffering and death. They show what man can do against man. But they can keep the peace and break new ground in technology.
