EPIRO REGIONAL COUNCIL
It meets tomorrow at 2 p.m. the Regional Council of Epirus with a heavy… agenda, in its first post-election meeting for life.
The agenda includes the discussions of the following questions:
- Of the “LEFT INTERVENTION IN EPIRUS” faction: a) Regarding the infestation of citrus crops by the “black mealybug” – actions of the Regional Services b) Regarding the recording of irregularities in the Epirus coastline c) Regarding the reduction in the number of admissions to the University of Ioannina – Consequences in society-Student problems
- Of the faction “PEOPLE’S ASSEMBLY OF EPIRUS”: a) For the “cleanliness” of Lake Pamvotida b) For the removal of material from the Arethon River of the Company “Afoi Papaioannou ATEVE-INTERKAT” c) For the Bridge of ARISTIS d) For the granting of a temporary permit for the establishment and operation of a bus service in Igoumenitsa by the Epirus Regional Governor, at the expense of the safety and quality of life of the residents of Ladohori”.
- Of the faction “COMMUNITY OF THE CONTINENTS”: Service of fines that have been imposed in the Region of Epirus or claims of third parties, etc., during the current term of office of the regional authority, as well as dealing with past obligations of the BIO.PA.THE..
The other items on the agenda include the Approval of the Technical Program of the Region of Epirus, year 2024, approval of the 5th amendment of the Technical Program of the Region of Epirus, year 2023, the Approval of the report on the results of the implementation of the Revenue-Expenditure Budget of the Region of Epirus, for the 3rd quarter of 2023 and the approval of the Special Plan for dealing with emergencies and immediate/short-term management of the consequences of the occurrence of snowfall and frost, with the code name “NORTH 2” of the Region of Epirus.
