Presidential debate: structure
After two minutes of presentation there will be six thematic axes of 12 minutes each. Without a pre-established order, competitors will have six minutes to administer as they choose but will only be able to exhibit up to two minutes consecutively. Television, meanwhile, will show a counter that will record the time of each speaker.
The structurethen, will be made up of four blocks:

Elections 2023: which channel will broadcast the second presidential debate
The official broadcast of the third presidential debate, which will take place in the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA)will be broadcast on Public Television and all state media. The private ones, meanwhile, will also be enabled for the broadcast of the program, as long as they comply with the rules imposed by the National Electoral Chamber (CNE).

As established by the CNE, “in comparison with the presidential debates of the first round, held on October 1 and 8, the scheme agreed upon by each candidate’s teams establishes a more dynamic structure that includes the possibility of both Sergio Massa and Javier Milei talking to each other and can move freely around the stage”.
Presidential debate: what are the topics that will be discussed
Both the structure of the debate and the six thematic axes –Economy, Argentina’s relations with the world, Economy, Education and health, Production and Work, Security and Human rights and democratic coexistence– were agreed upon by the campaign teams of both candidates and, unlike the first two debates, there was no interference by the Advisory Council in the preparation of the format.
