What awaits you?
- You carry out requirements engineering for digitalization projects in the healthcare sector using agile and classic methods and refine the requirements with stakeholders
- You are the contact person for one or more products in the statutory health insurance environment, so you are in direct contact with our customers, the operating team and the support team
- You will support the technical implementation of the technical processes with our development team by designing interfaces and workflows
- You identify opportunities for further development and new usage scenarios and advise on optimizations
- You will use your technical expertise to coordinate our development, quality assurance, documentation and operations teams
What should you bring with you?
- You have completed a degree or training in the area of statutory health insurance, social security or IT
- You have a technical understanding and can already demonstrate professional experience in product management and the software development process, preferably in the healthcare sector
- You are characterized by your analytical thinking and a structured approach to completing tasks
- You find continuous learning natural and look forward to new challenges every day
- You have strong communication skills and always keep an overview, even in hectic situations
- You have fluent spoken and written German skills
