The Moscow prosecutor’s office has begun an investigation against journalist-foreign agent Yuri Dud* on suspicion of discrediting the Russian army. This was reported in the telegram channel of the head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption, Vitaly Borodin.
The reason for the inspection was the corresponding appeal from Borodin after the publication of Dudya’s interview with the singer Victoria Tsyganova and her husband Vadim.
“After this interview, we asked to initiate a criminal case against Yuri Dud*. I was outraged by the rude condemnation of the special military operation in Ukraine, cynical statements about Russian military personnel, and in general the discrediting of the army against the backdrop of praise from the United States. The journalist also discussed with his family issues of state policy and the course of Russian President V. Putin,” writes Borodin.
It is noted that the interview with Victoria and Vadim Tsyganov was aired on October 27 on the Dudya* channel in two parts with a total duration of three hours.
