Vientiane, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) — On Thursday (Nov. 9), Vietnam’s Green and Smart Mobility Company (GSM) opened Pure electric taxi service in Vientiane capital capital of Laos
According to the Lao News Agency, the service is being offered under the brand name “Xanh SM” by Vientiane residents and foreign tourists visiting Laos. The electric taxi service can be conveniently booked through the Xanh SM Laos application from November 9 onwards.
Reports indicate that Sanh SM Lao is planning to expand its operations in Laos. and is expected to create thousands of new job opportunities for local residents.
In addition to providing high quality and environmentally friendly transportation services that do not emit greenhouse gases, GSM also aims to stimulate the wider adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) through the development of an ecosystem of environmentally friendly transportation services. This includes renting electric vehicles. and advanced services such as package rentals, travel, and customized car rentals.
