We are looking for an exceptionally talented lawyer to support our rapidly growing Prime Video business. You will serve as a primary lawyer responsible for advising the business and drafting commercial agreements, and you will be responsible for independently and effectively solving a broad range of product and regulatory issues. You will work directly with the business, serving as lead counsel on a range of deals including strategic content licensing and production deals together with associated marketing work, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation disputes and inquiries.
Principal duties include structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex distribution, production, licensing, marketing, and other commercial agreements, and providing ongoing legal advice across a wide range of areas, including intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic qualifications
– Qualified lawyer with outstanding legal qualifications
– 5+ years experience post bar admission, in a top international law firm or in-house
– Experience of working on content licensing and production deals
– Strong drafting, written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of standard commercial contracts
– Common sense and a good sense of humor
– Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
– Ability to work independently, while contributing meaningfully to cross-functional teams
– Inclination to embrace challenges to drive meaningful solutions, regardless of complexity or uncertainty
– Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
