Misael Andrés Ballesteros Iguarán, 25 years old, is in serious condition after being wounded with a firearm at the level of the abdomen in the middle of an altercation that occurred at his birthday party, which was held in a country house, located on the road that leads from Valledupar to the municipality of La Paz.
The events occurred during the celebration when people outside the party tried to enter the country house, to which Ballesteros opposed, which led to a fight.
One of the men who intended to stay at the party that was enlivened by a Pico Up, fired a firearm and shot the injured man.
It was established that the injured man, who is a ‘daily earner’ and lives in the Los Fundadores neighborhood, was taken to the clinic by his relatives, who remain in a prayer chain for his speedy improvement.
Meanwhile, the alleged aggressor was captured by the Police and is in the process of being prosecuted.
