Your mission
As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you drive the continuous improvement of our processes and tools, thereby influencing the success of our customers when using Predium for profitable and sustainable real estate management.
You will be an essential part of our customer success team that supports our customers during onboarding, drives the ESG strategy together with the customer and is constantly involved in product development. As a team, our goal is to provide the customer with an excellent experience with Predium.
Your responsibilities
Identification of customer needs and development of solutions in collaboration with the team Support in conducting customer appointments and presentations, as well as workshops Answering customer inquiries and ensuring a timely and professional response Preparation of reports and analyzes to monitor customer satisfaction and identify potential for improvement Further development of our ESG Academy and creation of help center articles to support our customers’ expertise Contribute to the ongoing development of our onboarding process for new customers Assist in documenting customer feedback and communicating with internal teams to drive product improvements
your profile
Interest in customer success and in building long-term customer relationships Strong communication skills and strong service orientation Good analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable manner Independent and structured way of working Very good written and spoken German and English experience in dealing with customers and/or in the real estate industry advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
