Chinese manufacturers can make a variety of phones, and they often manage to produce something that blows your mind. If you like small android phones? Feel free to read on. The Chinese brand Soyes took the body of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and remodeled it into a compact form. A phone with a label Soyes S23 Pro Ultra you can hide it in the palm of your hand, it is smaller than a payment card and its specifications are not worth talking about. Still, it’s a phone with a miniature three-inch display that feels like a revelation in today’s market.
The Chinese brand Soyes is not afraid to put a scaled-down copy and the original side by side. Check out what the scaled-down Galaxy S23 Ultra looks like, which is definitely not made by Samsung…
Soyes borrows the design of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which is especially noticeable on the back with the cameras. Apparently there are four positions ready, but only one is active. You will find a 2 Mpx camera in it, the rest of the sensors are blinded. The IPS display itself has three inches and a resolution of 480 × 320 pixels, and a VGA selfie camera is located in its opening. The phone takes us back many years, including the fact that it runs Android 8.1 Oreo.
The performance is ensured by the quad-core Mediatek MT6580 chipset with a clock speed of 1.3 GHz, which is intended for 3G phones (yes, this new product does not support LTE networks either), it is supplemented by 2 GB of memory and 16 GB of storage. That’s why you can immediately order a microSD card up to 64GB together with the phone for a few hundreds. The battery has a capacity of 1,000 mAh, and of course you won’t run out of fast charging anywhere. We do not dare to estimate the time the display is on with this battery capacity, but we guess that the battery will only last a few hours.
Even the scaled-down version of the Galaxy S23 Ultra has its own intro video:
The phone supports two SIM cards, the environment runs Czech and is available on Aliexpress in black, green or purple. Of course, it can’t compare to the original, neither in size nor in equipment, but do you think it’s something that mobile manufacturers are missing on the market?
Can you imagine a large smartphone with a better display, more power and a higher battery capacity, or do you think the era of miniature smartphones has long passed?
