The Toyota Alphard is still the main symbol of a luxury MPV. So don’t be surprised if many car owners modify their vehicles by adopting the Alphard face or fascia. One of them is a modification of the Toyota HyCross or Zenix in India which has its face changed to look like an Alphard.
This video of the Toyota Innova Zenix modification with an Alphard face style was uploaded on Gaurav Singh’s YouTube channel. The video is titled ‘First in India, Modified Innova HyCross’. The video, approximately 4 minutes long, shows the details of the Innova Zenix modification.
The most visible change from this modification is in the fascia, where the standard Innova Zenix’s elegant hexagonal appearance has been reimagined by the owner with the face of a Toyota Alphard. The Alphard fascia that inspired this modification is the 2018-2022 model Alphard fascia.
The characteristic of this fascia is the ‘long’ shape of the grille with chrome accent pillars that stand upright, totaling six pillars. Then there are chrome accents with a horizontal position positioned between the pillars. Changes were also made to the fog lamp housing and the addition of a bumper at the rear, as well as the exhaust.
Moving on to the interior, the feel is all elegant with brown leather material on the seats and door trim. In addition, a large screen has been installed behind the front seat headrest. This screen can pamper passengers in the second row with the various entertainment on offer.
