The ambitious presenter of the news block on bTV Viktoria Petrova received her fourth higher education diploma a few days ago. The journalist graduated with a master’s degree in microbiology from the New Bulgarian University.
The 45-year-old TV star clearly has intentions to develop professionally and outside of television soon, and her interest in the science of studying microorganisms on our planet, as well as viruses, was awakened around the COVID pandemic. Then Vicky decided to enroll as a regular student in the master’s degree at NBU, where she graduated with honors, although she combined the lectures with her exhausting work schedule, writes Retro.
In the BTV newsroom, they were already joking that she was a colleague of Prof. Todor Kantarjiev and asked her for advice on how to treat the various flus. The beauty from Varna is famous for her collection of diplomas and higher educations in television circles and is a record holder in the ranking among native journalists. In addition to having graduated in journalism from SU back in the day, she has a master’s degree in philosophy and history. He has also completed a law course at Veliko Tarnovo University. With her wide range of knowledge, Petrova could work in a number of different professions if she decided to end her television career. In addition to reporting the news at Yuksel Kadriev’s company in the central broadcast of BTV for many years, she also teaches young journalism students at NBU in two disciplines – “Television and Radio” and “Television Newsroom”. The last months of the life of the most beautiful presenter on her native airwaves are filled with twists and turns not only on the professional, but also on the personal front. At the end of the summer, it became clear that Victoria had finally broken up with former sports minister Krasen Kralev, with whom they lived for nearly a decade on a family basis.
After the breakup, the politician from GERB fell in love with the 20-year-younger former model Petya Velkova, who appeared on the covers of erotic magazines in Bulgaria more than once. The two already live under the same roof and are not afraid to show themselves and be photographed together. The long-legged blonde is also divorced, and at the dawn of her career, she was also known as one of the many girlfriends of the late millionaire Hristo Sirakov, known by his nickname The Hundred Models. For about a month, Victoria, who was initially devastated by the separation from Kralev, had already overcome the emotional damage and moved on with her life. Her colleagues reveal that she was dating a well-to-do native businessman whom they met not long ago. So far, however, the journalist, who does not like to publicize her personal life, has not commented on whether her intentions towards her suitor are serious. However, she needed a change, and it is not excluded that she will soon part with her career in television and take a new path.
To date, Vicky has had several failed serious relationships. Before spending nearly a decade with Krasen Kralev, Victoria was married to her colleague from television – cameraman Dobromir Ivanov. However, they divorced him because of a love triangle, and now he is married to another BTV journalist – Veselina Petrakieva. After that, Petrova fell in love with the sports journalist and playboy Petar Bakardjiev, with whom they also failed to create a stable family and children, and until the beginning of the year she shared a home with Kralev.
