A lucky second-prize Powerball winner went to the New York lottery this week to collect her million-dollar prize.
Felecia Selmensberger, a resident of Lancaster, in the north of the state, claimed her prize after matching the first five numbers of the drawing on September 2.
The winning numbers of that drawing were 25,38,42,66 and 67 and the Powerball was 19.
The lottery reported that the woman purchased the ticket at an Obsidio AAA store located at 1390 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo.
They also pointed out that the woman decided to collect the prize in a single display.
After subtracting taxes, he was given a payment of $651,000.
During the 2022-2023 fiscal year, Powerball generated more than $516 million in sales in New York.
