Actor Artur Smolyaninov** (included in the Rosfinmonitoring list of terrorists and extremists), who fled Russia last spring, has recently been living in Latvia. Some time ago he began to call himself an “aspiring musician.”
“During the year that I have been living here, I have put together a musical group of Latvians, of the guys who live here, some Russian-speaking, some Latvians. We called her cheLovek,” the actor said in a recent interview.
The group managed to record a mini-album containing four songs.
“Literally in a month, on December 8, we will have our first full-fledged concert here in Latvia. Over the course of a year, playing in transition, we played through to a full-fledged program, to an album,” the artist is proud.
He emphasized that he didn’t even know the people he’s playing with now 1.5 years ago. The actor admitted that he was starting to live almost all over again. He recently turned 40 years old, and this is a good reason to draw the line, given his previous experience.
As reported EADaily, in January 2023, Smolyaninov** was recognized as a foreign agent. The actor repeatedly allowed himself to make anti-Russian statements and even said that he was ready to fight for Ukraine. In May of this year, he was included by Rosfinmonitoring in the list of those involved in extremist activities or terrorism.
