″The fire department kept coming and doing it… So I asked why and they said there was a fire and they put it out right away… ″
A month ago, recycling waste on the roadside right in front of a multi-family house caught fire, and a fire broke out in a nearby forest.
A total of four fires broke out within a 500m radius over a period of about a month, at intervals of three to four days.
On CCTV, after each fire, a man with a similar gait was captured shining a cell phone flashlight at the burning area.
Since it was a multi-family home parking lot, it could have led to a bigger fire.
Traces of the arson at the time remain, such as melting trash cans.
Ultimately, the arsonist was revealed to be a male first-year middle school student.
As a result of the police investigation, it was revealed that the student started the arson to relieve stress, and even boldly called 119 to set the fire and report it.

″If the suspect had not been identified, the (arson) act could have continued with vehicles or other large objects… ″
The police said they are taking protective measures to protect the middle school student, who is a minor under the law, and plan to forward him to the prosecution soon.
