Riyadh – Mubasher: Al-Mowasat Medical Services Company (Al-Mowasat) recorded a growth in net profits by 27.96% during the third quarter of 2023 on an annual basis.
According to the company’s financial data, issued on the Tadawul website today, Wednesday, net profit amounted to 156.38 million riyals after zakat and tax, compared to 122.21 million riyals in the third quarter of 2022.
The company attributed the increase in profits; The increase in the number of visits in the outpatient clinics sector, the increase in occupancy rates in the internal departments, the continued improvement of performance in the new specialized departments in the company’s hospitals, and the continued increase in the operating efficiency of available resources.
The company’s sales/revenues increased by 16.7% to 640.89 million riyals in the third quarter of 2023, compared to 549.15 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.
On a quarterly basis, Mouwasat’s profits increased by 3.88% during the third quarter of this year compared to its profits in the previous quarter amounting to 150.54 million riyals.
Al-Mowasat achieved net profits of 473.52 million riyals in the first 9 months of 2023, compared to 413.9 million riyals in the same period of 2022, increasing by about 14.4%.
The company’s sales/revenues increased by about 15.4% in the first 9 months of this year to 1.93 billion riyals, compared to 1.67 billion riyals in the same period last year.
