Telegram Team summed up the results Mini App Contest – a competition to create mini-applications (bots) for the messenger.
Telegram noted that the judges spent many hours working with the applications and studying their source code, and were pleased to discover that some of them used the capabilities of the Telegram Mini App Platform (WebApp) to greater effect.
With so many innovative ideas being submitted to the competition, Telegram decided to increase the prize pool from $50,000 to $66,250 “to adequately reward all the efforts that went into creating the content.”
Among the works that took first place, there are as many as 12 mini-applications:
Paint Bot — allows you to create collaborative boards in group chats and shows who is drawing in real time.Chess Now — multiplayer chess.
