The legendary singer Marie Rottrová is preparing her biggest concert. The ageless star has announced a performance at the O2 Arena at the end of this year. According to her, it will be an additional celebration of the 80th birthday, which did not take place due to covid. The gala concert will also feature a symphony orchestra.
The native of Ostrava, who has dozens of immortal hits to her credit, decided to please the fans in Prague’s O2 arena with a concert that has never been seen here before. “I planned it for the eighties, but since it was covid, I was now wondering whether to do it or not. I thought about it until I decided yes,” revealed Marie Rottrová.
The 81-year-old legend describes the concert entitled One big thank you, of which TV Nova is the main media partner, as an evening full of surprises. What can fans look forward to? “For my songs, if they like me, then for me. They can look forward to duets. There will be guests and I’m really looking forward to it, because it will be a beautiful end to the concert season for me,” added the singer.
She is also very much looking forward to the spectators who will visit Prague’s O2 arena on December 28. “I believe we will meet and I look forward to seeing you,” said the legend of the Czech music world.
