NPO Radio 2 is releasing an album in honor of the 25th edition of the Top 2000. It contains 37 songs from the hit list.
Not just number 1 hits like Bohemian Rhapsody of Queen and Imagine by John Lennon can be heard, but also other classics that have been on the list for years, such as Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Duran Duran and Golden Earring.
There are also newer songs from Son Mieux and Imagine Dragons, among others, on the album.
The album will be released on LP and CD on December 8. As in previous years, the 25th edition of the Top 2000 can be heard on NPO Radio 2 between Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
