Fuel prices moved upward by an average of 6,000 liras for two cans of 95- and 98-octane gasoline, and by an average of 2,000 liras for a can of diesel. In contrast to this increase, the price of a bottle of gas decreased by 8,000 liras.
According to the price composition schedule issued by the Ministry of Energy on Tuesday, October 31, prices are as follows:
95 octane gasoline: 1,586,000 liras
98 octane gasoline: 1,626,000 liras
Diesel: one million and 681 thousand liras
Gas: 960 thousand liras
The Ministry set the dollar exchange rate at the stations at 89,700 liras.
