Directed by Martín Larroudé, the Big Band of the Municipal Music School will perform next Sunday (November 5) starting at 8 p.m. at the Teatro Español de Trenque Lauquen.
Tickets have a value of $1,000, and can be purchased at the Culture and Education department, until Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and at the Theater box office, on the day of the concert from 7 p.m.
The Big Band was formed in December 2017, taking the Jazz Big Bands as a reference for its instrumental and stylistic training. Its repertoire includes popular songs from the jazz, rock, funk, pop and blues genres, in both instrumental and sung versions. .
The group is joined by Carina Sottosanto, on voice, and Ivan Castro (cross flute), Guillermina Rossi, Jose Goicoechea and Marianela Carena Colón (clarinets), Monica Bardaro, Patricia Mola, Cecilia Contreras, Leandro Perucca, Matías Molinaris and Daniel Madama (Saxophone), Marcelo Mapelli, Melina Almeira and Maria Emilia Fuhr (Trumpet), Luciano Ramos (Trombon) Andres Fonterosa (Harmonica), Juan Pedro Ledesma (Guitar), Miguel Pagani (Double Bass), and Santiago Novareux (Drums).
