What makes a good teacher is constantly being redefined. But what happens if teachers are unable to cope with children and young people, fail again and again or even fail?
This problem is often taboo or at least suppressed. However, it endangers learners, school culture, cooperation with parents and ultimately the education of young people. Teachers have a responsibility to continue their training – and also the right to have the school management systematically support them so that they teach professionally.
