In the cabin, we find multi-function Smart Dials, modeled on the new Kodiaq, while the gear selector (now automatic only) has moved to the steering column, making room for a center console with ample storage space.

Škoda calls the new product “the flagship of the brand with internal combustion engines” and we already know that there will be a choice of six engines, where the gasoline and diesel variants will be supplemented by a plug-in hybrid of the new generation with the possibility of quick charging and a range of around 100 kilometers per charge. The four-cylinder 2.0 TSI petrol engine with an output of 195 kW and all-wheel drive looks particularly attractive on paper. Four-wheel drive is standard for stronger two-liter versions, weaker engines turn the front wheels. In the new generation, the Superb completely says goodbye to the manual, the DSG automatic will become standard.
